Finals: 28 June 2008

The Finals of our current series will be held on Saturday June 28th 2008: at the Bushland Tavern in Taree at 2pm, and at the Port Macquarie Golf Club at 8pm. The top 50 players from the Taree and Port Macquarie areas qualify.

New Venue: Royal Hotel Taree, Saturdays

There's an additional night of Local Poker at the Royal Hotel Taree. We're now playing on Saturdays, so don't miss the fun. Entry is free, with $200 in cash prizes. Registration will be at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start.

New Venue: Harrigan's Irish Pub, Wednesdays

From Wednesday May 7 2008, Local Poker venues will include Harrigan's Irish Pub at Harrington Waters. It's a poker & pizza night, with jackpotting cash prizes. Registration will be at 6pm for a 7pm start. Come along for a chance to meet new players in this exciting new venue!

Finals: 1st April 2008

The Final of our current series will be held Tuesday April 1st 2008 at the Bonny Hills Tavern. It's a 6pm rego for a start at 7pm sharp. The top 50 players from the Taree and Port Macquarie areas qualify.

Change of date for start of Nabiac comp

The new Nabiac competition will now commence on Wednesday 23rd January 2008 — not the 16th as previously advertised. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Final: 12th January 2008

The Final of our last 2007 series was held Saturday January 12th 2008 at Fotheringhams Hotel, Taree. The top 50 players from the Taree and Port Macquarie areas qualified. Cash prizes for the top 10 for each area were given out at the end of the night.

New Venue: Nabiac Hotel, Wednesdays

From Wednesday January 16 2008 (now January 23: see above), Local Poker venues will include the Nabiac Hotel. Prizes will be announced soon. Registration will be at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start. Come along for a chance to meet new players in this exciting new venue!

New Venue: Lake Cathie Bowling & Rec Club, Wednesdays

Local Poker venues now include the Lake Cathie Bowling & Recreation Club. Be there to register Wednesdays at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start.

North Coast Final

Our 2007 North Coast Final was held on Monday 24th September, at the Royal Hotel Kew. Prizes for first, second and third places were $300 buy-in tickets to Star City. The prize for first place also included accommodation for two in a Harbour View room at Star City, with breakfast. First prize went to Ian Kamo. Trent Burston came in second, with James O'Brien in third place. Congratulations to all winners.

New Venue: Airport Hotel, Sundays

Local Poker has come to the Airport Hotel Cundletown. First prize is $200. Be there to register Sundays at 6.30pm.
